O programa pretende desenvolver capacidades de liderança, gestão de projetos e visão holística do negócio, promovendo inovação e excelência operacional em toda a cadeia de valor.

Qualifications

• Mestrado em Administração, Engenharia Industrial, Informática de Gestão, Supply Chain ou área relacionada.
• Até 3 anos de experiência profissional.
• Exposição internacional através de estudos, estágios ou experiência é vantagem.
• Experiência em logística, produção ou planeamento de compras é um plus.

Responsibilities

• Liderar transformação e inovação em logística com foco em IA e digitalização da cadeia de suprimentos.
• Analisar processos logísticos end-to-end, identificar ineficiências e propor soluções baseadas em dados.
• Colaborar com áreas de logística, produção, planeamento, TI, clientes e fornecedores para impulsionar iniciativas de transformação.
• Desenvolver liderança, tomada de decisões estratégicas e gestão de mudanças em projetos.
• Construir uma visão holística do negócio conectando logística com manufatura e estratégia corporativa.

Job Description

As a JMP in Logistics, you will contribute to the transformation and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes while developing a comprehensive understanding of Bosch operations.

You will:

Qualifications

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Up to 3years of professional experience.
• International exposure through studies, internships, or work experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, or supply chain projects is a plus.
