Bosch’s Junior Managers Program (JMP) in Logistics Braga invites high-achieving individuals to accelerate their careers through a structured rotation program across business segments with international exposure. You’ll engage in AI-driven logistics, optimize warehouse and transport flows, and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement.

As part of the Logistics JMP, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain and leadership development, including stakeholder

Qualificações

• Master's degree required or equivalent.
• Up to 3 years of professional experience.
• International exposure is a plus.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, or supply chain projects is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to transformation and optimization of end-to-end logistics processes.
• Develop data-driven solutions for logistics optimization.
• Lead projects and manage change across logistics, IT, production, and planning.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and senior management to implement improvements.

As a JMP in Logistics, you will contribute to the transformation and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes while developing a comprehensive understanding of Bosch operations.

You will:

Education

• International exposure through studies, internships, or work experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, or supply chain projects is a plus.
