Product Pulse is seeking a Linux Support Engineer to join their Level 2 Hotline Support team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to clients via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams. Candidates should have a background in Computer Science or equivalent, strong experience with Linux servers, and effective communication skills in English. Qualificações

• Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related IT field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid experience with Linux servers and understanding of web/application servers.
• Experience analyzing logs and troubleshooting issues in a Unix/Linux environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for technical assistance via phone/email.
• Carry out remote troubleshooting and identify root causes.
