A leading IT solutions company in Portugal is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to provide technical support, manage user onboarding and offboarding, and assist in network maintenance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and has at least 1 year of experience in an IT field. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, creating documentation, and developing basic automation scripts. Qualificações

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an IT field.
Hands-on experience with first-line technical support.
Involvement in projects related to system administration, networking, or IT security.

Responsabilidades

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Set up user accounts, configure and deploy hardware/software for new employees.
Assist senior IT staff in monitoring network performance.
Create and update guides and documentation for resolving frequent IT issues.
Act as the first responder to security or suspicious activity reports.
Maintain and write basic automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
Troubleshoot user-reported issues and ensure smooth operation of internal tools.
