Founded in 2008 and based in Lisbon, KCS IT is a consulting company focused on Information Technology and Services. We seek a Junior IT Software Asset Management Officer who will monitor licenses, purchases, and compliance while liaising with Procurement and IT teams to ensure accurate reporting.

You will join a flexible hybrid work model in Portugal, with opportunities to grow skills in Power BI and software asset management across diverse client projects.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience in IT.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience in Software Asset Management.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor software usage, licenses, contracts, purchases and maintenance payments.
• Coordinate with Procurement, IT teams and software vendors regarding software purchases and licensing.
• Prepare SAM reporting and management summaries on software usage, purchases and compliance.
