Overview

We’re looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst / Lead (Lisboa/Porto).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for asset/inventory KPIs (e.g., asset lifecycle, utilization).
• Translate business requirements into data models and visualisations that support decision making.
• Work with APS Team on preparing data on various data points, KPIs, service review requirements.
• Own the end-to-end process for recording, maintaining IT asset discovery, classification, and reconciliation across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Perform and define data quality rules, and exception handling.
• Proficient in Power BI (Desktop, Service, dataflows).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform – CMDB
• Data analysis & reporting
• Automation and scheduling data refresh
