Job summary

Arrow Global Portugal is seeking a junior IT Finance Controller to support the financial management of IT costs across the group. The role focuses on recording, reporting, and budget planning in collaboration with IT managers.

You will consolidate invoices, prepare monthly actuals, and help produce dashboards and cost analyses. A finance or economics degree and strong Excel skills are desired, with English proficiency a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related area.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data consolidation.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Proactive, organised, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn about IT operations and cost management.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and catalogue IT-related invoices monthly and accurately register costs.
• Consolidate IT budget data across all group platforms.
• Support annual IT budget planning in collaboration with IT Managers.
• Report monthly actuals against budget and flag overspend risks.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for IT management decisions.
• Support audit processes with relevant IT financial documentation.
