Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related area.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data consolidation.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Proactive, organized, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn about IT operations and cost management.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and catalogue IT-related invoices monthly and register in IT cost control file.
• Consolidate and aggregate IT budgets across group platforms.
• Support annual IT budget planning with IT Managers across business areas.
• Report monthly actuals against budget for each company and cost category.
• Ensure IT financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies.
