iCapital in Lisboa, PT, is seeking an Analyst / Associate to join the Investment Reporting team. You will prepare and review quarterly fund-level client reporting across private equity, real estate, secondary, and related strategies, translating updates into clear client-facing commentary.

The role offers exposure to institutional clients and portfolio data, requires 1–3 years of experience, and involves coordinating internal approvals to ensure on-time report distribution.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment reporting or related financial services environment.
• Strong written communication translating investment and performance information into client-facing content.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial data and metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills and data manipulation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review quarterly fund-level client reporting across multiple private markets strategies.
• Translate investment updates into clear client-facing performance commentary.
• Analyze fund and portfolio company performance data, including valuation movements and capital activity.
• Coordinate internal compliance review to support timely report distribution.
• Draft capital calls and distributions notices for investors.
• Support valuation reviews with investment, operations and reporting teams.
• Act as a private markets product specialist for relationship managers and clients.
