Inspired Portugal is seeking an Admissions Officer to lead the admissions function across our Portugal campuses. You will manage the full enrollment journey from inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a high-quality family experience and data-driven processes.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer-centric settings, fluent Portuguese and English, and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or OpenApply. This is a on-site position supporting multiple campuses.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-centric roles (Admissions, hospitality, or customer service).
• Native/fluency in Portuguese and professional fluency in English required.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and school management software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and convert inquiries into school visits and enrolments.
• Conduct tours (in person and virtual) highlighting curriculum and facilities.
• Support families through the application process and answer questions.
• Review applications to ensure transcripts and documents are complete.
• Coordinate assessment days and interviews with school leaders.
• Prepare and issue offers and manage enrollment contracts.
• Maintain CRM data on conversions, pipeline health, and class capacity.
• Represent schools at events to attract new enrollments.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure smooth family onboarding.

The Head of Admissions is responsible for leading and delivering a high-performing admissions function across our schools in Portugal. The role combines strategic leadership, strong sales capability, and operational management to drive student recruitment, optimize the admissions journey, and ensure an outstanding experience for prospective and current families.

Working closely with School Heads and central leadership teams within the Inspired Education Group, the postholder will manage the full admissions pipeline from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring processes are efficient, data-driven, and fully aligned with group standards.

This role is critical to achieving Inspired Portugal’s growth ambitions by increasing student numbers, reducing student churn, strengthening our schools' reputation in the local and international markets, and ensuring consistent communication with regional leadership regarding admissions performance and market activity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and convert incoming leads from website inquiries, emails, phone calls, and walk-ins into school visits.
• Conduct personalized school tours (physical and virtual) to showcase the curriculum, culture, facilities, and unique value proposition.
• Provide continuous support to families throughout the application process, answering questions about academic programs and fees.
• Review and validate application files , ensuring all mandatory transcripts, reports, and documentation are complete.
• Coordinate student assessment days and interviews between prospective families and school principals or academic heads.
• Prepare and send formal offer letters , managing enrollment contracts and the final registration process.
• Maintain accurate data in the school's CRM to track conversion rates, pipeline health, and class capacities.
• Represent the school at open days , educational fairs, and community events to attract new enrollments.
• Collaborate with Marketing and school teams to align outreach efforts and ensure a smooth welcome for new students.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in customer-centric roles such as Admissions, High-End Customer Service, Hospitality, or Account Management.
• Languages: Native/Fluent in Portuguese and professional fluency in English are mandatory to support international families.
• Tech-Savvy: Practical experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or OpenApply) and school management software.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills, high emotional intelligence, and a consultative, non-aggressive approach to sales.
