Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Junior Business Management Officer in the CIO Office. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through resource management, time tracking, and project portfolio support for users worldwide.

Fluent French and English (both B2) are mandatory. The position requires strong communication, teamwork and analytical skills, with up to 2 years of relevant experience in a complex project environment.

Qualificações

• Up to 2 years’ experience in customer support, management control, and/or project management.
• Curious, solutions-driven, and able to work in a complex project team.
• Great listening, adaptability and interpersonal skills; strong teamwork.
• Analytical and synthetic thinking to understand project challenges.
• Knowledge of French - B2 mandatory
• Knowledge of English - B2 mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for approximately 6,000 users globally with timely support.
• Handle tickets and updates within Saphir Ressource and Activ-BPCE.
• Participate in deployment and stakeholder collaboration for the time-tracking tool.
• Translate user feedback into user stories and technical feature requests.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations and Compliance on KPI topics.
