much. Consulting is seeking a driven Junior ERP Consultant to join our International Business Unit in Portugal. You will tackle real business challenges, not just slides, contributing to IT transformations and ERP projects with a hands-on, fast-paced team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IT/ERP, management consulting, or project management experience.
• Fluency in English at C2 level; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to grasp complex systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Own independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
• Architect IT architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Build feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to inform C-level decisions.
• Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact client workshops.
• Bridge between clients and engineering, translating business requirements into technical specs.

Your Impact

• Own Your Stream: Take charge of independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
• Architect the Future: Analyze complex IT architectures and design sleek, automated, and future-proof business processes.
• Drive Business Value: Build out feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that guide C-level decision-making.
• Consult & Advise: Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for our clients.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team. You will translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.

Requirements

Who You Are

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• The Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• The Mindset: A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with C2-level fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
