Joom Group, Lisbon-based in Portugal, seeks a Legal Counsel (IP and Privacy) to lead IP and privacy initiatives in a fast-growing e-commerce ecosystem. You will shape privacy compliance, manage GDPR programs, and draft critical DPAs and data-sharing agreements in collaboration with cross-border teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IP/privacy, strong English legal drafting, and experience with e-commerce platforms.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years hands-on IP and privacy experience.
• Strong IP practice: trademarks, copyright, takedown workflows.
• Deep GDPR experience, DPIAs and data subject requests.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IP and privacy legal support across marketplace ops.
• Drive GDPR compliance and privacy risk assessment.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs, data sharing and licensing agreements.
• Guide processing relationships and ensure data protection obligations.
