Natixis in Portugal is looking for a candidate to gather and analyze Front Office user needs, participating in the translation into technical specifications. The role requires conducting user acceptance testing and maintaining documentation through tools like JIRA and Confluence.

This position is based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model, which involves interaction mainly with teams in Paris and opportunities for occasional travel to Porto and Paris.

The ideal candidate should possess strong financial products knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office workflows.
• Experience in financial products knowledge: credit derivatives, interest rates derivatives.
• Ability to conduct user acceptance testing and qualification tests.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze Front Office user needs into functional specifications.
• Participate in creating technical specifications with development teams.
• Conduct functional tests and coordinate production deployment steps.

Conhecimentos

Knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office workflows

Financial products knowledge

Experience testing and mapping business processes

SQL
