Somfy Group in Portugal is seeking a Junior Buyer for the Felgueiras manufacturing site. You will support purchasing across Direct Materials and Indirect Spend, creating and managing purchase orders in the ERP, tracking deliveries and resolving supply issues to ensure continuous production.

The role requires ERP proficiency (SAP), strong Excel skills, and fluent Portuguese and English (French a plus). Join a multinational team and contribute to cost optimization and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Management, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create, update and manage purchase orders within the ERP system with accuracy.
• Follow up supplier confirmations, delivery dates and overdue orders.
• Resolve supply-related issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain supplier and contract data for reliable reporting.
• Support procurement for direct and indirect purchasing categories.
• Track KPIs and prepare procurement reports for visibility.
