We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Funchal Portugal As a Junior Architectural Designer you will work closely with our senior designers to create innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial projects

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and solutions
• Create detailed drawings models and presentations using computer software
• Research building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with standards
• Assist in project management tasks such as coordinating with contractors and suppliers
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Participate in site visits to gather information for design projects
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
• Strong understanding of construction methods materials and building codes
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
