Aptia is seeking a Junior Analyst to support the Consulting Office in the UK from our Lisbon office. You will help maintain, improve, and enhance Aptia systems and databases, enabling clients to make informed decisions about their benefits.

You will work closely with UK-based consultants, receive comprehensive Aptia training, and grow in a pensions-focused, growing team. The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon with work-from-home options, initially full-time from the office for the first three

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master's degree in a quantitative field (math/engineering/actuarial/economics/finance).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficient IT skills with MS Office, especially Excel; VBA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle pension-related administration tasks (leavers, data changes, benefit setup, policyholder inquiries).
• Learn pension calculations with team guidance.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work within timescales.
