Aptia Group Portugal SA is seeking a Junior Analyst to support the Consulting Office in the UK from Lisbon. You will help maintain Aptia systems and databases, enabling accurate client decisions in a pensions setting. The role is hybrid, combining office work in Lisbon with home-based work, and includes full Aptia training.

You will learn pensions calculations and data handling while growing in a supportive, collaborative team environment, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or master in mathematics, engineering, actuarial science, statistics, economics, management, finance, or related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong IT skills, comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel)
• Organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work in a team and follow set processes
• Flexible in adapting to different environments and types of work
• UK pension knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
• Actuarial science knowledge (preferred)
• VBA skills (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• A variety of administration activities connected to running a pension scheme, including leavers, data changes, setting up benefits into payment, and annual updates
• Learn how to perform pensions calculations with close team support
• Work within specified timescales to produce quality work
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and client service
