Nordea Asset Management in Lisbon is seeking a junior AI implementation specialist to help deploy AI solutions across knowledge bases, agentic workflows and business automations. You’ll join the Innovation team in Oeiras, working on-site for the first six months, then transitioning to a hybrid regime.

You will apply theoretical and technical knowledge to real-world problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the AI transformation across the organization.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical mindset with high commitment and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of Agentic AI (Skills, system prompt, governance).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprints.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and working with LLMs.
• Genuine interest in finance and asset management topics.
