Decskill, an IT consulting company with 10+ years of consolidated experience, is growing its team in Lisbon and beyond. We are looking for talented developers to join a hybrid work model, with about one day per week in the office, to work on exciting technology initiatives.

You will contribute to Python development, AI/LLM projects, REST APIs, data processing with Pandas, and lightweight internal tools. Strong English communication is required, and you will collaborate with cross-functional

Work model:

Hybrid — approximately one day per week in the office.

Mandatory requirements:

• Practical experience with Python development, scripting or automation.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM) applications, prompt engineering or AI service integration.
• Understanding of REST APIs, web services and system integration concepts.
• SQL and data processing skills using Pandas or equivalent technologies.
• Experience supporting web applications, dashboards or lightweight internal tools.
• Experience using Git or equivalent version control systems.
• Experience performing structured testing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise knowledge solutions, AI assistants or multi-agent solutions.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Exposure to containerisation, CI/CD or application deployment concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint or enterprise knowledge management platforms.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts or ITIL practices.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, WLAN, WAN and Internet access.
• Exposure to data visualisation, machine learning or operational analytics.
