Job summary

Decskill is seeking an AI DevOps professional to design and implement AI agents across the SDLC. You’ll build scalable architectures on the GCP Agent Platform and create Atlassian Forge apps integrated with Jira and Confluence.

You will optimize token usage, manage costs, and drive adoption of Generative AI across engineering teams. You will work with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI and related frameworks, while collaborating with teams to embed AI capabilities into modern

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) including architecture, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Experience optimizing token usage and controlling costs in Generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) especially AI and Agent Platform services.
• Experience developing autonomous and multi-agent systems to support software engineering processes.
• Experience developing Atlassian Forge apps using Node.js and React for Jira and Confluence.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent.
• Experience with GitHub, including GitHub Copilot, GitHub AI Agents, and GitHub-based development workflows.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Cloud certifications (Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure) are highly valued.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives across engineering organizations.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
