A Dellent procura um Administrador Jira (falante francês) para trabalhar num projeto em Porto (Hybrid) ou Lisboa (Hybrid). A função envolve administrar Confluence/Jira e plugins, com forte interação com equipas globais numa área de serviços financeiros.

Responsável por suportar equipas de produto, realizar upgrades e melhorias, comunicar mudanças e manter materiais de apoio atualizados, operando em ambiente Agile/SAFe com viagens pontuais.

Qualificações

• Administração e configuração de Confluence e Jira
• Gestão de requisitos e gestão de backlog
• Gestão de documentação e comunicação eficaz com equipas
• Trabalho remoto com stakeholders de perfis diversos
• Alta autonomia e proatividade na resolução de questões técnicas
• Experiência em ambiente Agile/SAFe, preferencialmente no setor bancário
• Viagens eventuais durante onboarding, com base no apoio da equipa baseada em Nantes

Responsabilidades

• Suportar equipas de produto com continuidade e assistência
• Conduzir estudos, melhorias, atualizações de versão e manutenção de ferramentas
• Comunicar alterações às equipas de produto
• Manter materiais de e-learning, tutoriais e páginas de ajuda atualizados
• Assegurar a propriedade e sustentabilidade técnica e funcional das ferramentas e metodologias

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business. We are looking for a Jira Administrator (French Speaker) to work in project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

• Technical Skills: Administration and configuration of Confluence and Jira tools and associated plugins (Structure, Easy Agile Programs, XRAY);
• Business Skills: Knowledge in requirements management, document management, and project/product/program/train backlog management;
• Strong writing skills to clearly communicate and popularize implemented solutions;
• Ability to work and communicate remotely with stakeholders from diverse profiles;
• High level of autonomy;
• Proactivity in identifying solutions to technical issues;
• Experience within a comparable group, preferably in the banking sector, with projects following V-cycle, Agile, or bimodal methodologies;
• The mission will be carried out in an Agile and SAFe environment;
• As the team is mainly based in Nantes, travel may be required during the first months of onboarding/training;
• Fluent in English and French Language.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure support and ongoing assistance for product teams;
• Carry out studies, enhancements, version upgrades, and tool maintenance;
• Communicate and explain changes to product teams;
• Keep e-learning materials, tutorials, and help pages up to date;
• Ensure ownership, consistency, and the technical and functional sustainability of the tools and methodology.
