Olivia Hotels Lisboa is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager/Maitre to lead the day-to-day service operations of our main restaurant and related service points, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The role emphasizes coordinating the front-of-house team, upholding service excellence and guest satisfaction, and aligning all service with Olivia Hotels Lisboa standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years experience as Maître/Restaurant Manager, or 3–5 years as Assistant Manager/Supervisor in upscale hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of gastronomy, service standards, and wine service.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑service mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with F&B operational systems and MS Office.
• Hospitality or F&B management education is valued.

About the Role
