Job summary

emagine is seeking a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Specialist to enhance ERP systems across Europe. The role focuses on the Sales module, order-to-cash workflows, and continuous improvement through the full development lifecycle from inception to implementation and governance.

You will join a collaborative team supporting ERP initiatives across various European locations, with a mix of onsite and remote work from Porto, Portugal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), specifically in the Sales module.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and related workflows.
• Experience in international environments (consulting or multiple E1 implementations is a plus).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• C1 English Level

Responsibilities

• Provide expert analysis and support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1).
• Participate in workshops, identify issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with project managers on timelines.
• Review and prioritize improvement suggestions; develop business cases and implement changes.
• Analyze order flows, address issues, and resolve transactional inconsistencies.
• Handle occasional third-level support and recommend long-term problem solutions.
• Produce high-quality documentation including user training materials and design documentation.
• Utilize modern E1 technologies such as Orchestrator and BI Publisher reports.
