Job summary

emagine is seeking an experienced JD Edwards (E1) Developer to help establish an ERP Development Center of Excellence. You will lead development and enhancements across E1 applications, contribute to process improvements, and ensure quality through governance and KPI tracking.

A strong background in E1 lifecycle, FDA/RDA/NER/BSSV, and multiple JD Edwards modules is required. The role is based in Porto, Portugal, with onsite work four days a week and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in JD Edwards (E1).
• Strong experience with the E1 development lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of E1 applications.
• Proven expertise in FDA, RDA, NER, BSSV and table/view design.
• Experience with at least 2 JD Edwards functional modules: Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Sales.
• Proficient in C programming.
• Experience with Orchestration Studio and Groovy scripting.

The JD Edwards (E1) Developers will be instrumental in establishing an ERP Development Center of Excellence. With a focus on process redesign, continuous improvement initiatives, and high-quality delivery, candidates will need strong expertise in the E1 development lifecycle and applications, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in JD Edwards.

Other Details

This role is based at the Porto office, working onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remote. Engagement is full-time. Daily time registration is expected, and fluent English is required for effective communication and collaboration. Position based in Porto, Portugal, with a mix of onsite and remote work. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate from Brazil.
