Aubay Portugal is seeking a skilled Application Support professional to help maintain critical systems for financial services clients. The role focuses on incident handling, system performance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across RUN activities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Application Support or RUN, ideally in banking.
• Strong SQL expertise (Oracle/ PostgreSQL) and hands-on Angular.
• Familiarity with Spark, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Spring Boot and Talend.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and managing obsolescence.
• Fluent English (B2) and French (B2) for multicultural environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and teamwork.
• Customer focus and proactive service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform corrective maintenance and continuous improvement on Finance/Accounting/Procurement systems.
• Manage application documentation reflecting configurations.
• Address obsolescence and security vulnerabilities to maintain operational health.
• Coordinate and execute deployments across testing/UAT and production.
• Participate in RUN activities and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
