GET JOB LTD in Lisbon is seeking a bilingual Italian–English customer support specialist to assist partners and customers within one of the largest software companies, handling inquiries with professionalism. You will respond via chat, email and phone, provide accurate information, arrange callbacks and monitor the end-to-end process to ensure timely resolutions.

On-site role at Entrecampos, Lisbon, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00.

Qualificações

• Native-level Italian and fluent English (C1/C2).
• Experience in customer support or call centers.
• Ability to work with software resources and provide technical information.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via chat, email and phone.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
