CBT is seeking a Technical Customer Support & Sales Specialist fluent in Italian for our Lisbon location. This role involves engaging with customers to resolve technical queries and provide tailored solutions, along with extensive relocation support.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology. We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary of €1,024 monthly, performance bonuses, and allowances for meals and transportation.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Italian speaker with B2 level English.
• Experience in customer service preferred; sales background is a plus.
• Comfortable learning new software and CRM databases.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound requests via phone, email, and chat.
