Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking an Italian Recruiter to lead sourcing for Italian-speaking roles, assess candidates, and coordinate placement. You will manage pipelines, conduct screenings and interviews in a fast-paced setting.

The role is a 6-month, full-time contract (40 hours/week) with Day 1 health coverage, relocation support for international hires, and a base salary of €1,250–€1,450 gross per month plus a daily meal allowance of €7.63 and a relocation package.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level Italian required, working English proficiency also needed.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Management: manage active talent pipelines with structured phone screenings and evaluate qualifications.
• Selection Process: administer pre-selection tests, schedule interviews, and handle recruitment administration.
• Contract & Schedule: six-month contract with 30-day trial; full-time, 40 hours per week.
