Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading company to recruit an Italian-speaking Recruiter for its expanding Human Resources team in Portugal. You will implement and administer recruitment programs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support offers. Strong Italian fluency and ATS experience are essential.

Relocation to Lisbon/Porto is provided, with 14 monthly salaries and private health cover. Hybrid work arrangement and meal allowance accompany the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in recruitment or similar role.
• Native or fluent in Italian with strong written and spoken skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer recruitment programs to attract candidates.
• Screen, file and manage resumes; conduct initial screening interviews.
• Provide hiring recommendations and assist in offer processes.
• Source candidates using diverse channels and maintain records in ATS.
