• Moderate user comments, posts, and appeals.
• Apply content classifications accurately.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal moderation guidelines.
• Document moderation decisions and elevate complex cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal policy, compliance, and support teams.
• Work on a rotating schedule, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts when required.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian (C2 level), both written and spoken.
• English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
• Ability to adapt to frequently updated policies and guidelines.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, social media, or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
