Teleperformance in Lisbon is seeking a Turkish-speaking Content Moderator to review user-generated content and ensure compliance with community guidelines. You will moderates videos, posts, and comments, working to maintain a safe online environment for users worldwide.

The role requires Turkish proficiency (C1/C2) and English (B2) for internal communication, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Turkish-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, reviewing videos, posts, and comments, and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.

Your Role

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments
• Identify and elevate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content
• Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team

• Native or fluent Turkish (C1/C2) Good command of English (B2) for internal communication Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally and consistently Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Empathetic, professional, and resilient under pressure Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
