Concentrix Lisbon is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers in Italian and English from a remote home office within the Lisbon area.

You will assist customers with questions, provide clear information, and guide interactions with the company, while benefiting from the remote setup and rotating days off.

Candidates must live in Portugal, reside within 50 km of the Lisbon office, and be ready for flexible hours between 07:00 and 21:00.
