Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Digital Marketing & Campaign Support Specialist to assist advertisers and clients with paid campaigns across major social media platforms. You will optimize campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure brand safety while collaborating with business accounts.

The role requires native or advanced Italian and fluent English, a marketing-related degree, and proven paid campaign management experience.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level Italian and professional English fluency.
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, or Communications.
• Mandatory experience in Paid Campaign Management and Digital Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional support to Italian-speaking clients and advertisers via email, chat, and phone regarding paid ad campaigns and platform usage.
• Assist clients in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms.
• Troubleshoot ad delivery, account settings, payment inquiries, and platform policy guidelines.
• Collaborate with business accounts to ensure high-value satisfaction, campaign delivery, and brand safety.
• Utilize advertising tools and internal CRM systems to track, log, and resolve campaign-related issues efficiently.
