Ideal candidates speak fluent Italian and have C1 English, with a calm, detail-oriented approach for a fast-paced, 24/7 rotation. The role offers onsite work in Porto with accommodation support during relocation and a compensation package

Qualificações

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Italian.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction
