This onsite role offers clear compensation and relocation support, including accommodation assistance and a welcome bonus, with a food allowance per working day and 14 monthly salaries.

Qualificações

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Italian.
• C1 level of English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong empathy and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment.
• Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
