Nomadify seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative in Portugal. You will manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, provide clear, friendly, and professional support, and document interactions in our system.

We welcome learners with English at B1 or higher and EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit. Relocation support, paid training, and a multicultural, dynamic environment await you.

Qualificações

• Italian-speaking customer service ability
• Good command of English at least B1
• EU citizen or valid Portugal work permit
