Get The Job is hiring an Italian Flights Advisor in Lisbon to handle booking management and customer inquiries. You will support clients by phone, process reservations, and ensure a smooth travel experience.

The role requires native Italian, good English (B2), and at least 1 year in customer support. Work schedule is 8 hours daily, including weekends, with relocation assistance and accommodation options.

Our client is one of the biggest airline companies in the world and needs you to be part of their team. Your main mission will be to make booking management: altering, canceling, or creating new reservations. You will have to assist clients via inbound calls by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients via inbound calls by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending potential requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Native Italian speaker.
• Intermediate English speaker (level B2).
• Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day, 7am-7pm with 2 rotational days off.
• Work location: Oriente, Lisboa.
