CBTALENTS is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project based in Portugal. You will provide support in Italian and English, assist users with technical inquiries, resolve issues, document cases, and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences.

This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate; relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication skills.
