Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team for November and December. You will respond to queries via phone, email and chat, provide accurate information, and create a positive customer experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon. The role offers a 12-month initial contract, full-time schedule, rotating shifts, flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
