Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team for a November & December assignment. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, provide clear information and friendly support, and help resolve issues while upholding brand standards.

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
