Get The Job in Lisbon is seeking an Italian Booking Advisor (M/F) to handle reservations for its hotels, delivering personalised service and helping travellers find the best options.

Your duties include addressing requests, offering suitable solutions from the group’s options, and working rotating shifts with a schedule 7am–7pm; relocation accommodation is provided for non-Portuguese residents.

Qualificações

• Native level of Italian and English (C1/C2).
• Availability Monday to Sunday, 8 hours a day, between 7am and 7pm, with rotating shifts and two days off per week.

Responsabilidades

• Handle reservations for the group’s hotels.
• Provide personalised service and help travellers find suitable options.
• Offer effective solutions within the group’s options to meet customer needs and encourage them to choose the group.
