CBTalents.org in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our growing hub. This role welcomes confident communicators who can help customers with queries and ensure a smooth service experience.

We offer housing in a company apartment, flight reimbursement, health insurance, meal card, paid training, and two salary options (€1,240.17 gross/month or €1,040.68 gross/month) with 40 hours/week and rotating shifts.

Qualificações

Looking for a change of scenery? We have immediate openings for Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our hub in Lisbon.

The Essentials:

• Language: Italian (Fluent) + English (Good).


• Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotational shifts.


• Experience: Previous CS experience is a plus, but personality and motivation matter most.
