Natixis in Portugal is seeking an IT Team Leader (local contract) to build and manage a new development team centered around .NET, C#, DataStage and Exadata. You will drive technical excellence, oversee architecture and deliveries, and foster an engineering culture with strong stakeholder collaboration across Paris and Portugal.

The role requires leadership, agile delivery, and modern software practices (CI/CD, Clean Code).

Qualificações

• Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in People Management / Engineering Management.
• Strong background in software development with solid SDLC and Agile experience.
• Experience in Banking & Finance / Fintech environments is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a new development team (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack) and coach engineers and analysts.
• Oversee delivery, production support, and alignment with stakeholders across functions.
• Drive CI/CD practices, architecture improvements, code quality, and engineering excellence.
• Plan resource allocation, recruitment, and talent development in line with HR guidelines.
