Natixis in Portugal is seeking an IT Team Leader (local contract) to build and manage a new development team centered around .Net, C#, DataStage and Exadata. You will recruit, upskill, and guide delivery, architecture, and production support while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in Paris and locally in Portugal.

The role requires hands-on leadership, agile delivery, and a proactive culture championing modern software development practices such as CI/CD and Clean Code.

Qualificações

• Masters or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in people management or engineering leadership roles.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a software engineering team (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack).
• Drive CI/CD practices, code quality, and production support leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Paris and Portugal to deliver projects.
