Jolera seeks a Systems Support Professional for an in-office role in São Miguel, Açores. You will troubleshoot Windows, MacOS, and server environments, manage service tickets, and deliver clear guidance to customers and colleagues across multiple devices and platforms.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in tech support, strong English communication, and solid knowledge of Active Directory, VMware, and Office 365. This position emphasizes customer service and technical proficiency.

Formación

• College diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of previous support experience with customers.
• Strong knowledge of OS, DLL, Antivirus, Malware, Spyware, Software installs, Active Directory, printers, mobile device activation, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook-Exchange environments.
• Basic knowledge of server-side apps and technologies (Exchange Server, WSUS, Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, Citrix Xenserver).
• Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Citrix, Red Hat) would be an asset.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Strong written and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline systems support via remote and on-site assistance.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Mac, mobile and server environments.
• Handle service tickets and SLA-bound requests with prioritization.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
• Perform server updates and remote troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to the Service Desk Manager as needed.
