Ecojob in Almada, Portugal, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical help for computer systems, hardware, and software. The role is full-time with a starting salary of 1100$ per month and may require occasional on-site visits within the city.

You will install and configure systems, diagnose issues, maintain network connectivity, document resolutions, and collaborate with IT colleagues to resolve complex problems while ensuring accurate inventory of equipment and software

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software.
• Set up and maintain network connectivity for computers and devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues.
• Document all support tickets and resolutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses.
