IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team in Almada. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware, and software. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1100$, open to candidates without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Location

This position is based in Almada but may require occasional travel within the city for on-site support.

Salary

The starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
