Work in USA is hiring a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to users in Almada, Portugal. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, install and configure systems, and set up user accounts.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with prior support experience and solid knowledge of Windows, Office, and networking basics. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a technical support role is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware components.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
