Miniclip is seeking an IT Support Technician for our Lisbon office. You will handle end-user support, deploy standard hardware, and manage IT assets and procurement in a structured, cross-functional environment.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support, strong documentation and communication skills, and a pro-active approach to vendor relations. English fluency and a collaborative mindset are essential for our international team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• IT Support Operations: provide first and second-level support for end-user devices and workplace tools; configure laptops/workstations; log and track incidents in ticketing system; maintain technical documentation.
• IT Asset & Procurement Management: own lifecycle of IT assets, manage hardware procurement, vendor research, license requests and renewals, and maintain inventory records.
• IT Administrative & Cross-functional Coordination: collaborate with HR on onboarding equipment, support Finance/Legal with licensing docs, and produce structured IT reporting.
